Who this is for
HR staff, roster managers and employees checking their shifts.
Daily workflow
Illustrative scenario — not a customer case study
HR prepares a weekly roster; the manager checks coverage; employees consult their shifts and recorded hours. Confirm export format and local payroll requirements during the demo.
Preparation checklist
- 01
Collect opening periods, roles, employee availability and planned absences before assigning shifts.
- 02
Ask the manager to review coverage, then have employees check the published schedule.
- 03
Compare a sample timesheet export with payroll needs before using it for handover.
Questions before you decide
Is HR charged once per venue?
No. HR uses employee tiers once per organization. Up to five employees is free on request with manual approval; above 250 needs an individual quotation. Verify exports and local payroll needs separately.
Where can I verify the price and billing unit?
Use the published pricing page for listed modules and packages. HR is per organization; other listed modules are per establishment. Unlisted scope and integrations require a quotation, not an assumed package inclusion.
Availability and scope
Listed in the public offering. Confirm actual availability, permissions and your exact workflow in a demo before ordering.
Limits to check
HR pricing uses employee tiers once per organization, not per venue. Time records and exports still require checking; no automatic payroll calculation or legal compliance is promised.
