What should we bring to a hotel demo?
Bring one arrival handover, one cleaning exception and one restaurant content change. Ask reception, housekeeping and the restaurant owner to explain the expected result separately before reviewing a combined scope.
Hotels and resortsIs HR charged once per venue?
No. HR uses employee tiers once per organization. Up to five employees is free on request with manual approval; above 250 needs an individual quotation. Verify exports and local payroll needs separately.
HRWill the portal work with every router?
Discuss a proposed guest login portal. No implemented portal or supported hardware list was established in the application audit; self-service setup is not confirmed. Source code is not proof of a deployed service. Confirm availability and access for every module before operational use. Prices and bundle contents are references for a request, not activation. A demo does not require a purchase.
WiFiIs a connector for my vendor already guaranteed?
No. No named vendor connector is promised here. Send exact product versions, documentation, required fields and synchronization direction so the team can assess feasibility, access, error handling and a quotation.
