Multi-venue groups
Separate organization-wide staffing from services priced per establishment.
Illustrative screens with sample data.
The operational problem
A shared employee organization and distinct venue offers create different billing and access questions. Copying one setup everywhere can expose the wrong information or multiply a cost that belongs at organization level.
Who this is for
The manager owns the daily handover, HR confirms staffing, employees check assigned work and guests use only the intended public information.
Daily workflow
Illustrative scenario — not a customer case study
HR counts employees once at organization level; each venue manager reviews its own service needs. Prepare a venue list, employee count and access map for a quotation; do not multiply the HR tier by the venue count.
Preparation checklist
- 01
HR prepares one employee count and identifies people working across venues.
- 02
Each manager lists local modules and the people allowed to edit that venue’s content.
- 03
Review the quotation against the venue list and test one representative access boundary.
Illustrative role handover — not a customer case
Illustrative group: HR counts shared employees once, one manager edits a restaurant menu and an employee checks the correct shift. A guest sees that restaurant’s QR offer. Another venue’s editor should be reviewed separately, not assumed to have group-wide access.
Why this starting combination
Use organization-level HR as the staffing starting point; quote establishment-priced services for each actual venue. Send a venue-by-module matrix rather than selecting an identical package for every site.

Questions before you decide
What information makes a group quotation useful?
Send one organization employee count, a venue list and a module-by-venue matrix. Mark shared staff and local editors explicitly; ask the quotation to distinguish organization-level HR from establishment-priced services and any technical assessment.
Where can I verify the price and billing unit?
Use the published pricing page for listed modules and packages. HR is per organization; other listed modules are per establishment. Unlisted scope and integrations require a quotation, not an assumed package inclusion.
Availability and scope
Listed in the public offering. Confirm actual availability, permissions and your exact workflow in a demo before ordering.
Limits to check
Central dashboards, cross-venue permissions and shared records need demonstration. Organization-level HR pricing does not prove group-wide functional access or a consolidated integration.
